Villa Rosmarin with 11 apartments is located right next to the sea and with a beautiful view of the nearby island of Garmenjak. The apartments are of different sizes and can accommodate from 4-8 persons. The location of the house is on a beautiful plot on which the house is surrounded by various Mediterranean trees and greenery (apricots, figs, mimosa, pomegranate, very tasty grapes, rosemary, laurel…).
The apartments are equipped with TOTAL TV, free Wi-Fi, on the plot is provided parking for your vehicle.
There is a large barbecue in front of the house, where you can prepare a delicious Dalmatian meal of either fish, vegetables or meat.

Booking Conditions:
We will arrange a reservation by phone or e-mail, you will receive a confirmation of the appointment by SMS and upon arrival on Pašman you will give us your documents to arrange the application for the tourist tax. Upon check-in, you will pay the agreed amount for the entire stay.
Most of our guests are regular guests who have always adhered to the agreed dates and in principle they do not have to pay an advance.
Upon new reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount to the transaction account of Pašman more d.o.o. to confirm the reservation, and the rest upon arrival at apartments.
Cancellation Terms:
The season is very short and so we try to fill the free capacities as optimally as possible. Therefore, we also ask you, dear guests, to set a date of booking that will surely suit you, because subsequent changes are very little possible.
However, if you are unable to come for any reason, you can cancel reservation free of charge 60 days before arrival. In this case, we will refund the paid advance within 7 days. If the cancellation occurs later, please let us know as soon as possible before the scheduled arrival and if we manage to replace your canceled date with another guest, we will refund the advance payment, otherwise, unfortunately, not. Since there is a great demand for our apartments, we can almost certainly say that if reservation is canceled, there will always be someone who needs the apartment.
